WHAT?
Gucci broke his parole recently (Waka's home was searched by police for suspicion of "drugs, illegal fire arms, and prostitution." Guess who was there hanging out.) and had to go to a Mental Institution. Upon his Release he figured he'd get an ice cream cone tattooed on his face. SO ICY! BRRR!
