ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST

I spent a lot of time on the Upper West Side as a child and have just been watching all my favorite places over there close the last 10 years.

Big Nick's might be the next. The landlord wants to raise their rent by $20,000. Not kidding. It just makes me wonder how much longer can Caesar's Palace hold on?
